Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Leidy is fluent in Spanish. She moved to New York at 16, earned a B.S. in Accounting from the City University of New York – Lehman College, and spent nearly a decade working on Wall Street. Her corporate career led to multiple relocations across the U.S., ultimately bringing her to the Sarasota area, a place she quickly fell in love with. In 2020, she made Sarasota her permanent home.

Leidy values the vibrant lifestyle and natural beauty of the Bradenton-Sarasota area—from world-renowned beaches like Siesta Key to the thriving arts scene, waterfront dining, cultural events, and the region’s strong sense of community.
